deced who was a fellow Servant of Depts, stopped and standing in the<lb></lb>
House, and Dept immedy. went up to the deced and laid hold of him, and<lb></lb>
desired him not to fight but he sayed he would fight, and they both<lb></lb>
went into the street, and there Jones shook the deced by the Land and<lb></lb>
sayed we are old acquaintance I had rather put on my Cloaths and<lb></lb>
not fight, but the deced sayed he would fight and one which was the<lb></lb>
best Man; and they both accordingly fought as Dept believes for the<lb></lb>
space of a quarter an hour, during which many flows passed and he<lb></lb>
deced had many falls, at length the deced after his last fall appeared<lb></lb>
to be very much hurt, and Dept assisted to get him into <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15097_geo1194">the Alehouse</rs>

when he fought was intoxicated with Liquor, and that he did not<lb></lb>
above my foul lay on either side in the course of the fight.</p>
