To the Right Honourable Thomas
Wright, Esquire, Lord Mayor of the
City of London , and the Worshipful the
Aldermen his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the same City, at their
General Sessions of the Peace
assembled

The Humble Petition and
Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Michael
at Queenhith . London.

Sheweth.


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrand
under the Hands and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said City, (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the twenty Eighth day of July last past
Nathan Bingham< no role > was removed from the Parish of Saint
Martin, Vintry, London to our said Parish of Saint
Michael at Queenhith, as the Place of his last legal
Settlement, whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
to be aggrieved.

And therefore Pray that the
Benefit of the said Appeal may be
saved unto them, and that the
Hearing and Determination thereof
may be adjourned untill the next
general Quarter Sessions of the
Peace to be holden For the said City

And your Petitioners will ever Pray Etc.
