of London he was bound over by a Recognizance in<lb></lb>

in Fraudulently obtaining Money with Intent to defraud<lb></lb>
and a Countryman was bound over to prosecute him the<lb></lb>

For such Fraud, at the said May<lb></lb>
Session ensuing And this Deponent Further saith<lb></lb>
that shortly afterwards, prior to the said May Session the<lb></lb>
said Countryman, the Prosecutor so bound over as aforesaid<lb></lb>
told him he Lord settled Matters with the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSLPS15096_n608-22">James<lb></lb>
