By Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal under the
Hands and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and
for this City and Liberties (one being of the Quorum) bearing date ye. 15th.
day of January last, William Chivings< no role > and Ann< no role > his wife , were removed
and conveyed from St. Giles without Cripplegate (the Respts. Parish) to St. James
Westminster (the Appellts. the Parish) as the Peace of their last legal Settlement
agst. wth. Order of Removal the appellts. have appealed

Case
The said Pauper Willm. Chivings< no role > , on his Exaiacon
Swore, That he lived a yearly lived Servant
for the space of one year and upwards, with
one Mr. Lewis Black< no role > , a Poulterer , in Swallow
street , in the appellts. Parish, about 14 years
since, and hath not gained a Subseqt. Settlement}

It appears upon further Inquiry, that the
House, where in Mr. Beach, the Poulterer lived,
in Swallow street , is situated in the Parish of
St. George Hanover Square , and not in the
appellts. Parish

Therefore please to Consent to allow the appeal
