and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Helen in
the City of London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of

Esquires
Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the City of
London and the Liberties thereof (One whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the 17th day of January last

the Widow

Richard Pragnell< no role >
was removed and conveyed from and out of
the Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate
London to the said Parish
of Saint Helen
as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Margaret
That your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Order and therefore appeal
against the same and pray relief in the Premises
and that the Benefit of the said Appeal may
be saved to them and the Hearing and Determination
thereof adjourned until the next General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden for the said City
And your Petitioners will ever pray Etc
