To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Katherine Coleman in the City of London

Take Notice That the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in the County of Middlesex do intend
to Appeal at the next General Session of the Peace to be holden at
Guildhall in and for the said City against an Order under the hands
and Seals of the Right Honourable Nathaniel Newnham< no role > Esquire
Lord Mayor< no role > and Thomas Sainsbury< no role > Esquire two of His Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said City and Liberties thereof bearing
date the 22d day of January last by virtue whereof Jane Slepe
Singlewoman was removed and conveyed from and out of the said
Parish of St. Katherine Coleman to the said Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields as the Place of her last legal Settlement Dated the
3d. day of February 1783.

NB. The Cause of this Appeal is that Respondts. have mistaken the
Situation of the Place in which the Pauper served the last 40 days of
her Apprenticeship with her Masters Consentsuch service being
inthe Parish of St. Mary [..] that part of Tottenham Court Road
which lies in the Parish of St. Mary Le Bone .
