Richard Crawshay< no role > of London Merchant maketh Oath [..]
that on accept of the summons to Attend at Justice Hall in the
Month of June last he did not act Continueously but that the
sumons was lat on his disk amongst other papers in the
Morning soon as he saw it he satt out for the Sesion House
and met Mr. John Wiggen< no role > on his way in Doctors Commens who
told this dept. he was comeing from thence the Jury was sworn
whereupon this Dept. returned home that his not Attending in
proper time was from Accident and not intention he therefore
prays that he may not be fined for non Attendence
