say And First the said

saith, that on Tuesday Morning last, between the hours
of Six and Seven OClock, the Prisoner Mary the Wife
of

came to Informant's House, and
pretending to be Sister to Mrs Bell, a Customer of
Informant, he delivered her a quart of Purl in a
quart Pewter PetInformant is certain one of the
quart Pots now produced is this Property and of the
Value of one Shilling and two pence, and he verily
believes it is the same he delivered to the Prisoner
Wills in manner aforesaidSays, he believes the other
Prisoner John Rappild Feloniously did receive the
said Pewter Quart Pot, having the same to have
been stolen And the said

by the other Informant Kershaw, in the House of
