<p n="938">Case re-slated, as follows.</p>
<p n="939">The said Pauper Wm. Moore was born in the Township of Aston juxta-<lb></lb>
Budworth, in the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15093_geo991">Parish of Great</rs>

<interp inst="LMSLPS15093_geo991" type="type" value="undefined"></interp>
Budworth in the County of Chester, (where<lb></lb>
his Father resided for many years before, and till the Time of, his (Death)<lb></lb>
and being thereby legally settled in <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15093_geo992">Aston</rs>
<interp inst="LMSLPS15093_geo992" type="placeName" value="Aston"></interp>
<interp inst="LMSLPS15093_geo992" type="type" value="undefined"></interp>
aforesaid, about the year 1760,<lb></lb>
became an yearly hired Servant to Mr Squire, an Attorney in Furnivals<lb></lb>
Inn London, with whom he lived under such hiring, about Eight years.<lb></lb>
That the usual place of Mr Squire's residence was in <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15093_geo993">Furnivals Inn</rs>

he used frequently to go to Bath for his Health, where the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSLPS15093_n939-1">Wm Moore</rs>

always accompanied him, and where his Stay on such Occasions was<lb></lb>
sometimes for four or five Months together: He was always in Lodgings,<lb></lb>
there, and generally in the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15093_geo994">South Parade</rs>

in Bath<lb></lb>
and that during the latter part of the Eight years aforesaid, (that is to say,<lb></lb>
during the last three years thereof) said Mr Squire resided rather more at<lb></lb>
Bath than at <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15093_geo996">Furnivals Inn</rs>

<interp inst="LMSLPS15093_geo999" type="type" value="undefined"></interp>
is an Extra-<lb></lb>
parochial place. That it is no Township or Vill within the meaning of the<lb></lb>
Statute of 13 & 14, Car. 2d. and that no Removal ever has been<del>can be</del>
made to it. And that<lb></lb>
the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSLPS15093_n939-4">Wm Moore</rs>
