London Lighter man who being on Oath saith that<lb></lb>
having missed two Sacks of malt out of his Lighter<lb></lb>
he suspected the same had been stolen be some person<lb></lb>
on board of a west County Barge lying a long side of<lb></lb>

went on board such Barge, and found about Eight<lb></lb>
Buchells of Malt in two Sacks which he this<lb></lb>
Informant knew to be his property, and to be<lb></lb>
the same as was stolen from him, the same being<lb></lb>
dried in a particular manner, says that Thomas<lb></lb>
Butler the prisoner now under Examination<lb></lb>
claimed the said Malt as his property, and this<lb></lb>
Informant verily believes the same was stolen<lb></lb>
by the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSLPS15092_n1494-3">Thomas Butler</rs>
