MakethWho on his Oath Saith,
that last Night between house of eleven and
twelve, he was proceeding from the Minories
to
Ludgate Hill
, and in Cheaspside
he met with
Mary Burn< no role >
the Prisoner now under Examination
with whom he went into an Alley Says,
that he was intoxicated, but not so much, as
not to know what happened Says, that
when he spoke to the Prisoner in Cheapside
,
he had about eighteen Shillings in half a
Guinea
and Silver in his Pocket Says, that
when he had left the Prisoner in the Alley
about four or five Minutes, he found his
breeches Pockets both turned inside out and
the Money gone Says, that he charged the
Prisoner
with stealing it, and she answered
him, let me go and I' ll give you all
I've got.
