me this 28th. day of March 1780
Who being upon Oath say, and first the said Sarah Hudson< no role >
for herself saith that on or about the 6th. day of November
last between the hours of five and seven in the Evening her
house
in Devonshire Street
aforesaid was enter'd by some
person or persons at the Window of her Dining Room and robbed
of a sprigged Cotton Gown and a Lawn Apron< no role >
now produced
besides divers other things And the said John Labar< no role >
for
himself says that the Gown and Apron was produced he found
in the Appartments of William Bagnall< no role >
now present, in
Whites Alley Chancery Lane
on Saturday the 18th. Instant,
and that a person now present who calls herself Elizabeth
Bagnall< no role >
was present, at the time he found the same,
and declared that they were her property, and further saith
that at the time he found the said Gown it was hanging on a House near the
Window and that the said Apron was concealed in a Drawer and locked up
