35 Jane Ford< no role > , from Tothillfields-bridewell , committed by W. Addington,
Esq; on oath of John Walker< no role > and another, for stealing a silver watch,
his property. Dated Jan. 28, 1780 .

36 Richard Palmer< no role > , from Tothillfields-bridewell , committed by W. Adding-
ton, Esq; on oath of Pierce Furlong< no role > and others, for burglariously
breaking and entering the dwelling house of Sir Francis Lumm< no role > , Bart .
and stealing several shirts, stockings, handkerchiefs, two trinkets, two
watches, and some money, thea property of the said Pierce Furlong< no role > and
James Guion< no role > . Dated Jan. 29, 1780.

Feb. 7, 1780.

of Patrick M'Manus< no role > and another, for feloniously returning from trans-
portation before the expiration of the term for which he was transported.
Dated Feb. 16, 1780.

William Vandeput detained on oath of Patrick M'Manus and William
Fraser; for that he the said William Vandeput< no role > having been convicted at
the general gaol delivery of Newgate held for the county of Middlesex
in the month of December 1777, and ordered and adjudged to be kept
to hard labour for the term of 3 years, in raising sand, soil, and gravel
from, and cleansing the river Thames , Etc. in pursuance of the statue;
did escape from the persons having the lawful custody of him before the
expiration of the term for which he was so ordered to hard labour.

feloniously stopping, knocking her down, and robbing her of a red

Detained by S. Wright and W. Addington, Esqrs . on oath of Sarah
Gifford
< no role > and others, for felonioulsy assaulting her in a field adjoining to
the highway, putting her in fear, and taking from her person a red cloth
cloak and a black silk hat. Dated Feb. 16, 1780.

on oath of Thomas Ingram< no role > and another, on suspicion of stealing a
superfine cloth coat the property of John Walsh< no role > , Esq . Dated January
20, 1780.

Detained on oath of Thomas Ingram< no role > and others, for stealing a fine brown
cloth coat, about 3 yards of superfine broad cloth, 2 dimitty waistcoats,
15 pair of new gauze worsted stockings, several pair of silk stockings,
and other apparel, and a pair of gold shoe and knee buckles. Dated
Jan. 25, 1780.
