William Archer< no role > and another, on suspicion of stealing a piece of
black silk mode, containing twenty-three yards, his property.

others, on a violent suspicion of having been guilty of the wilful murder

vestrymen of the parish of St. Luke , in the county of Middlesex , for
not duly accounting to the vestry of the said parish for all such sum and
sums of money received by him as one of the collectors of the poor's
rate in the said parish, and not paying such sums of money received by
him as directed, he having been there unto required; and it appearing,
upon the oath of the said John Jersey< no role > and George Rogers< no role > , that there
is now due and owing to the vestry of the said parish the sum of 300l.
