39 George Connor< no role > , (a debtor) standing detained by James Croft< no role > , Esq ; on oath of John
Dixon, for being a deferter from the 62d regiment of foot; ordered to remain.
Is since removed to the King's Bench prison , on Habeas Corpus, before the Hon.
Sir William Henry Ashhurst< no role > , Knt .

40 John Vincent< no role > , convicted in April session of feloniously killing and staying Jane Dollard,
spinster , was branded, and ordered to be imprisoned one year.

41 George Reynolds< no role > , committed by rule of his Majesty< no role > 's Court of King's Bench , remains
on his commitment.

Hicks's -Hall Prisoners remaining upon Orders.

1 Francis Palmer< no role > , convicted Oct. 23, 1773, at Hicks's-Hall , on an indictment for a
trespass , assault, and misdemeanour, and committed to be imprisoned in Newgate
for 7 years, and at the expiration thereof to enter into his own recognizance in
200l. to keep the peace, Etc. for 7 years.

Convicted February 21, 1778, at the session of the peace for the
county of Middlesex held at Guildhall , Westminster , on an indict-
ment for a certain misdemenanour; and ordered to be imprisoned in Newgate for
the term of 3 years.

Also convicted on another indictment for a certain misdemeanour; and ordered to be
imprisoned for the further term of 3 years after the expiration of their former sentence.

Also convicted on another indictment for a certain misdemeanour; and ordered to be
imprisoned for the further term of one year after the expiration of the last of their
former sentences.

15 William Prior< no role > , convicted Feb. 20, 1779, Hicks's-Hall , on an indictment for a
misdemeanour ; and ordered to be imprisoned in Newgate for the term of twelve
months, and be set in and upon the pillory.

16 Antonio Ramponi< no role > , standing indicted in May session, 1779, at Hicks's-Hall , for a
certain conspiracy, in unlawfully causing one Bartholomew de Dominicetti< no role > to be
indicted for felony and forgery. Remains, Etc.

17 Michael Green< no role > , indicted at Hicks's Hall in July session, 1779, of a fraud, remains, Etc.
Also indicted in London for wilful and corrupt perjury, and convicted thereof; and in
December session ordered to be set in and upon the pillory, and imprisoned one
year in Newgate.
