To the Worshipful his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and for the City of London in
their General Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn in
the City of London

Sheweth


That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of the
Right Honble Samuel Plumbe< no role > Esqr . Mayor and Evan Pugh< no role > Esqr .
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the said
City of London (One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date
the 26th. day of March last past Martha Dancey< no role > the Wife of Willm.

< no role > a Soldier in the Middlesex Militia and her two Children
Vizt: William< no role > Aged One Year and Upwards and James < no role > aged Six
Months were removed and Conveyed from the Parish of St. Sepulchre
in the City of London to the said Parish of St. Andrew Holborn in the
City of London as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Martha Dancey and her said two Children, Whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be Aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore Appeal against
the said Order and most humbly pray that the
Benefit of such their Appeal may be Saved unto
them until the next General Session of the Peace to
be holden in and for the said City of London and
that your Worships will be Pleased to Appoint
some day in the said next Session for the hearing
and determination of this their said Appeal

And Your Petrs: shall ever pray Etc.
