Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands
and Seals of Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for
the City of London
(one being of the Quorum) dated the Twenty
Seventh Day of January last

both Deceased was removed from the Parish of
Saint Botolph without Aldersgate
London to the said Parish of
Saint Ann

Description of Saint Ann
within Aldersgate
in the said City
of London
as the place of her last legal Settlement
That your Petitioners conceive themselves
Aggrieved by the said Order and Judgment
of the said two Justices And therefore humbly
[..] Appeal to this Honourable Court
against the same and pray that the Benefit
of the said Appeal may be Saved unto them
and that the Hearing and Determination
thereof may be adjourned untill the next
General Quarter Session
of the peace to be holden for the said City
