WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldersgate
London, That Sarah the Wife of

did
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said

as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said
Sarah Crawford< no role >
to be in the said Parish of Old Stratford
upon Avon
within the said County of Warwickshire
and that thitherto she ought by Law to be sent.
These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldersgate
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Sarah Crawford< no role >
and also William her Son
aged one Year and eight Months for March
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of Old
Stratfrod upon Aven
in the County of Warwickshire
aforesaid
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
