William Lutwyche< no role > of Church Yard Court commonly called
Church Yard Alley in the Parish of St. Andrew Holbourn
London Tinplater [..] maketh Oath and saith that on
Wednesday the 10th day of June inst. abt. the Hour of 12
at Noon upon Depts. coming home Dept. saw a Woman
whose Name is unknown to Dept and who lodged in
the House of one Elizabeth Rock< no role > in the same Court
where the deced lodged and whose [..] Name Dept. hath
been since informed [..] St. Clark, who declared that
the deceased [..] had received Half a Crown from a
gentleman and that sd. Mrs. Rock demanded [..] half
of it from the deceds and that from the time aforesaid
till abt. half [..] an Hour after ten in the Evening of the
same day at [..] words were between the deced
and the sd. Mrs. Rock when the deced was standing
at the Street Door of sd. House Dept. heard the sd. Door
that with some face and a person [..] saying
Sukey Sukey addressing herself to one Susan
Nappier
< no role > who lodged in this Depts. House which is
adjoiningto theHouse where the deced lodged: that
thereupon Dept. immediately went out of his House and
saw the deced & King in the Channel or Kennel in the
sd. Court [..] close to Mrs Rock's Doors when on Dept.
asking her how she came there, she answered the Mrs.
Rock had the own her out from the Door, and or Dept.
asking her there as on [..] said [..] there found to
give Mrs. Rock half of the sd. half Crown; that Dept.
with others assisted in geting the deced into Mrs. Rocks
House which when [..] Mrs. Rock point [..] to
[..] Chair in the Room where the deced was brought is and
the deced to put her by in the sd. Ch [..] which being
done Mrs. Rock instead upon every Person who did not
inhabit thereto quit the House which all did Ca [..]
deced Mrs. Rock and sd. Mrs. St. Clare says he heard nothing
more abt. the deced till abt. the Hour of in the afternoon of
the good day, when on inquiring has the deced was Mr.
Rock answered what is that your you [..] nobody else [..]
[..] meaning the deced, and that on Depts. making [..]
Inquiry after the deced that in following day, Dept. was
