Robert Ryland< no role > the said James Elliott< no role > the said Elliotts Wife
and this Informant met together at the Pyed Bull aforesaid
where they dined, that Ryland there delivered to the said
James Elliott< no role > 4 doz. of Blank Bank Notes printed from the
said Copper Plates and the said Elliotts Wife carried
away the said Copper Plates and the said Blank Bank Notes from the Pyed Bull aforesaid
that he this Informant has not seen the said Copper Plates
since nor had he any Share of the said Blank Bank
Notes nor did he receive any thing for his Trouble except
half a Guinea from the said Robert Ryland< no role > says he
is about 37 or 38 years of age, was born in Dublin but
brought up and served his Apprenticeship in London
that his father was a Carpenter in Holborn , that his Informant
served 2 Years of his Apprenticeship to Mr. Justin in Little
Britain one Year with Mr. Howson in Shoe Lane & the Remainder
with Mr. Bandy in Goswell Street who is since dead that
this Informant has since worked Lett different Jewellers and
Jews, that he be same acquainted with Mr. Barker in Wood Street Compter
in or about the year 1765, that a little before Christmas Mr.
Barker was arrested & She came backwards & forward to his
House in Talbot Court No. 2 that he last laid with Mr. Barker
in Carter Lane over the Black Swan which Lodging they
left last Wednesday Sevenight, that at the Time when
the said James Elliott< no role > bought the said Copper Plates from
the said Elizabeth Brooks< no role > the said James Elliott< no role > Kept a
