The said Elizabeth West< no role > , on the 22d of March last, was by habeas corpus taken before
the Right Honourable William Earl< no role > of Mansfield , and surrendered in discharge of
her bail at the suit of David Jones< no role > , and committed to the custody of the marshal, Etc.
and thereon, by another writ of habeas corpus the same day, again removed to his
Majesty's gaol of Newgate .

on oath of Richard Scriven< no role > and Samuel Burnett< no role > , with high treason at Savannah in
the colony of Georgia in North-America ; remains on his commitment.
