Maketh Oath That Thomas Sucker< no role >
is a materiel Witness
for the Prosecutor and that he cannot safely proceed to
the Trial of the Defendant without his Testimony and
this Deponent Saith that the said Thomas Jecker now
is and for some time past hath been upon a Journey
in the County of Suffolk
as this Deponent hath been
informed by the Wife of the said Thomas Sucker< no role >
and
verily believes to be true and this Deponent saith that he
hath also been informed the said Thomas Sucker< no role >
will return
to Town in a fortnight time or thereabouts and believes
he shall be able to serve him with a Subpana to attend
and give Evidence at the next Sessions.
