MIDDLESEX COMMITMENTS.

Detained on oath of Benjamin Cotterell< no role > and others, for feloniously assaut-
ing him on the highway, putting him in fear, and feloniously taking
from his person a watch in the county of Surry . Dated Aug. 16, 1775 .

Detained on oath of Thomas Shuttleworth< no role > and others, for feloniously assault-
ing him on the highway in the county of Kent , putting him in fear, and
feloniously taking from his person a watch. Dated Aug. 23, 1775 .

Detained on oath of James Townsend< no role > , Esq ; and others, for feloniously
assaulting him on the highway in the county of Kent , putting him in
fear, and feloniously taking from his person a gold watch, a French
crown piece, and other money. Dated Aug. 25, 1775 .

Detained by J. Sherwood and B. Camper, Esqrs. on oath of Micajah Mal-
bon

in the county of Essex , putting him in bodily fear and feloniously tak-
