William Chetham< no role > of Lilly Pot Lane London Gentleman maketh Oath
and saith that he this Deponent was present and did see the within
named William Peart< no role > the Prosecutor in this Cause sign and seal
and as his Act and Deed deliver the within Release to the said
Defendant John Jones< no role > And saith that the Name Wm. Chetham
within subscribed as one of the Witnesses attesting the Execution of
the said Release is the Proper Hand Writing of this Deponent
