Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Martin
at ludgate in the City of London

Sheweth
That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said City and Liberties thereof (one being of the
Quorum) bearing date the twenty sixth day of January
last past

who had
deserted her was removed from the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the City of London
to the said Parish of Saint Martin at
Ludgate
as the Place of her last legal Settlement.
Your Petitioners therefore appeal against
the said Order and humbly pray that the
said Appeal may be saved to them and that
the Hearing and Determination thereof may
be adjourned over until the next General
Quarter Session of the Peace for the said City
and Liberties thereof
And your Petitioners shall pray Etc.
