To the Right Honourable Frederick Bull< no role > Esquire Lord Mayor of the City of London
and the rest of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said City in their General
Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. George Bloomsbury
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and
Seals of the Right Honourable Thomas Harley< no role > and John Wilkes< no role > Esquires
two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said City (one being
of the Quorum) bearing date the Twentieth day of November last
Mary Richmond< no role > This name instance is in set 913. This set is in the group(s): MothersPS . and her two Children, William< no role > aged nine years
and Benjamin< no role > aged two years and upwards (both which Children
were born Bastards in Virginia ) were Removed and Conveyed from
and out of the Parish of St. Bride in the said City to the said Parish
of St. George Bloomsbury as the Place of their last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceive themselves Aggrieved
by the Adjudication of the said two Justices, therefore
Humbly Appeal to this Court against the same
And pray your Worships will appoint a day in
this present Session for the hearing and determining
the said Appeal

And your Petitioners will pray Etc
