The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the parish of Saint Mary Matfelon otherwise
White Chapel in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by a Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals of
The Right Honourable Frederick Bull< no role > Lord Mayor of the City of
London and John Wilkes< no role > Esqr . two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace in and for the said City of London (one whereof is of
the Quorum) bearing date the Twenty fifth day of June 1774
Elizabeth Revell< no role > This name instance is in set 912. This set is in the group(s): MothersPS . and Mary< no role > her Bastard Child aged one Year who is with her
for Nurture were removed from the parish of Saint Olave Silver
Street in the City of London to the parish of Saint Mary at
White Chapel in the County of Middlesex as the place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth Revell< no role >

Your Petitioners conceiving
themselves aggrieved by the said
Order of Removal Do humbly appeal
to this Court against the same praying
such Relief in the premises as to this Court
shall seem meet

And your Petitioners shall
ever pray Etc.
