Luke Maynard< no role >

Luke Maynard< no role > of George Yard in the Parish of Saint
Mary whitechapel Labourer Maketh Oath that he this Deponent
was at the last Sessions of Oyer and Terminer for the City of London
bound in a Recognizaine to prosecute Elizabeth Bowles< no role > otherwise
Conner for a Robbery committed by the said Elizabeth Bowles< no role >
otherwise Conner< no role > on this Deponent, And that this Deponent
attended at the Sessions House in the old Bailey , in order to give
Evidence against the said Elizabeth Bowles< no role > otherwise Conner,
And this Deponent further saith that during the time this Deponent
went to refresh himself the Tryal of the said Elizabeth Bowles< no role >
otherwise Conner came on to be heard, And this Deponent was as
that time entirely ignorant of the same, And this Deponent further
maketh Oath that he did not quit the Court with any View or intent
that the said Elizabeth Bowles< no role > otherwise Conner shou'd escape
Justice nor did this Deponent ever receive any Fee or reward
whatsoever directly or indirectly in order to influence this
Deponent not to give Evidence against the Elizabeth Bowles< no role >
otherwise Conner But at the time this Deponent departed the
Court he did not apprehend the Tryal wou'd have came on And
this Deponent was not acquainted by any Person whatsoever
of the Tryal being on, And this Deponent possitively upon his
Oath saith, that he went with a full intent to give his true
and just Evidence against the said Elizabeth Bowles< no role >
otherwise Conner,
