her Infant Child were Removed from the Parish
of Saint Ann in Black Friars
in the said City of London
to the said Parish of Molser
in the said County of
Buckingham
As the place of then last Legal Settlement
whereby your Petitioners Conceive themselves to be Aggrieved
and Do Crave Leave to appeal against the same
Your Petitioners therefore humbly
pray the Judgment & Determination
of this Court touching the said Appeal
