Peace in and for the City

The Humble Petition and Appeal or the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Molser in
the County of Buckingham .

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass or Order under the Hands and
Seals of Sir Robert Ladbroke< no role > Knight and William Plomer< no role >
Esquire Aldermen and two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the said City of London (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing Date the Twenty Sixth Day of November
one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy two Mary Tame< no role > and
Joseph Tame< no role > her Infant Child were Removed from the Parish
of Saint Ann in Black Friars in the said City of London
to the said Parish of Molser in the said County of
Buckingham As the place of then last Legal Settlement
whereby your Petitioners Conceive themselves to be Aggrieved
and Do Crave Leave to appeal against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
pray the Judgment & Determination
of this Court touching the said Appeal
