WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of the Holy Trinity
London, That Eleanor Ellison< no role > Widow of Christopher
Ellison
< no role > deceas'd and their four Children to wit Christopher< no role >
aged about Seventeen Years Robert< no role > aged Eleven Years Eleanor< no role >
aged Eight Years and Sarah< no role > aged Six Years did
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Eleanor Ellison< no role > as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and We do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Eleanor Ellison< no role > and her said
four Children
to be in the said Parish of Saint Nicholas Olave
and that thitherto they ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of the Holy Trinity
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Eleanor
Ellisonand her said four Children
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Nicholas Olave
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there; or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 16th Day of March One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy two
