William Axtel< no role > Servant to Henry William Guyon< no role > Esquire of
Winchester St . London Maketh Oath and Saith that he this
Deponent was bound by Recognizance in the Sum of Ten pounds
for his Appearance at the Session of the peace held for the City of London in April last to prefers an Indictment against Abraham
Gastini for [..] picking the Pocket of this Deponent of a Glass
Cloth value six pence the property of his said Master And
this Deponent further Saith that he did attend at the Old
Bailey the two first days of the said Session with intention
to prosecute the said Abraham Gastini< no role > and that on the
third day of the Session his Master ordered this Deponent
to go with him into the County which this Deponent did
and did not return to London till six days after when
upon this Deponent's going to the Session House he found
the Session was ever and this Deponent further Saith that
he was fearfull of loosing his place had he refused to
go with his said Master and that he did not neglect
to prosecute the said Abraham Gastini< no role > with intention
to have him acquitted or discharged or through any
favor to him but really and truly intended upon his
return to London with his Master to have prosecuted
him with effect

in the Old Bailey the 24th.
