The Humble Petition and Appeal of The
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Nicholas Deptford in the County of
Kent

Sheweth

That by a Vagrant Pass or Order of Removal under
the hands and Seals of Wm. Stephenson< no role > and Richd.
Oliver< no role > two of His Majesties Justices of the Peace for
the said City of London bearing Date the 9th. day of July
lastPeter Paul< no role > a Lunatick was Removed from
the Parish of Saint Gregory by Saint Pauls London
to the Parish of Saint Nicholas Deptford in the County
of Kent as the Place of his last Legal Settlement
by which We think our Selves Agrieved And Appeal
to this Court against the said Pass or Order.

Wherefore your Petitioners Pray this
Honble. Court will be Pleased on the hearing
of all Parties touching the said Appeal
to Grant them such Relief in the
Premises and to make such further
Order therein As to this Court shall
