. in this Appeal maketh Oath &
saith that the Pauper John Vincent< no role >
having, since his
removal to the abovementioned Liberty, under the
Order of removal now appealed against been a
Patient in Saint Bartholomews Hospital
this Deponent
on the approach of the present Session applied at the
workhouse
of the said Liberty to be informed if the said
Jno. Vincent< no role >
was returned from the Hospital in order to
his being produced & Examind as a Witness on the
hearing of the present appeal and was thereupon
informed by the motion of the said Workhouse
that the
said John Vincent< no role >
wasreturneddischarged from the
said Hospital but had not returned to the workhouse
and that she knew not where he could be found but
that his Mother kept a Green Shop in Fleet Market
And this Deponent also saith that notice to produce
the said John Vincent< no role >
on the hearing of the present
appeal having on behalf of the Respondents been
on Saturday last served on one of the Overseers of
the poor of the said Liberty this Deponent on
Enquiry by him for that purpose made in Fleet
Market
aforesaid formed Ann Turner< no role >
