for a long time past, given great offence, and<lb></lb>

for the most part, by very disorderly and bad<lb></lb>
people, who dwell in, has cut, to iter about, and<lb></lb>

& other such like places thereabout.</p>
<p n="100">That the Comon-Council-men & Constables,<lb></lb>
have several times, within the last year or two,<lb></lb>
been at great trouble & some of pence in apprehending<lb></lb>
Street walkers, & other suspected persons, resorting<lb></lb>
to the said House & Neighborhood, & caused them<lb></lb>
to be taken before the Magistrates of the said City,<lb></lb>
to be dealt with, according to Law, in order and<lb></lb>
with design, if possible, by that means, to have<lb></lb>
the so great cause of offence discontinued, but<lb></lb>
have not been able so to do, by reason most of the<lb></lb>
persons so apprehended, have, by the lenity of the<lb></lb>
Magistrates, been dismissed unpunished.</p>
