Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles without
Cripplegate London , and the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Christ Church in the County
of Surry
and to every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices [..]
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Giles
London. That Sarah Wheeler< no role > Wife of William
Wheeler
< no role > gone from her and their two Children
James < no role > aged Six Years and William aged< no role >
and Year did
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Sarah Wheeler< no role > as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said William Wheeler< no role > Sarah two
Wife and their said two Children
to be in the said Parish of Christ Church and that thither
the said Sarah Wheeler< no role > and her said two Children
and that thithertoought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Giles
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Sarah Wheeler< no role >
and her said two Children
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Christ Church
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this Sixth Day of October One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Sixty nine
