The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Magnus London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the
peace for the said City (one being of the Quorum) dated the
seventh day of November last past

deceased and their Child

aged one Year were removed from the Parish
of Saint Giles without Cripplegate

City of the said Parish of Saint Magnus as the place of
their last Legal Settlement
That your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved by
the Judgment of the said two Justices and therefore Humbly
Appeal to this Honble Court against the same and
Pray that the benefit of their Appeal may
be saved unto your Petitioners and that
the Hearing and Determination thereof
may be adjourned unto the next Session of
the peace to be holden for the said City
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
