The Humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Luke in the County
of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands & Seals of
Sr. Thomas Rawlinson< no role > Knight and Thomas Hallifax< no role > Esqrs . Two of This Majesty's
Justices of the Peace of the City of London and Libertys thereof (one whereof being of
the Quorum) bearingthedate the 24th day of March last Mary Ginn< no role > Widow of
Lawrence Ginn< no role > deceased was Removed and Conveyed from and out of the
said Parish of Saint Lawrence Jewry to the said Parish of Saint Luke

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by
the said Order of Pass Warrant of the said Two Justices
Do humbly Appeal against the same and pray that
this Court will be pleased to make such Order in the
Premisses for the Relief of your Petitioners as they
shall seem meet
