The Information of Thomas Burbridge< no role >
and Nicholas Bond< no role > taken before me
this 29th. day of November 1768

Who being upon Oath severally Say and first the
said Thomas for himself says that in the Night between the
8th. and 9th. of April last his Dwelling house was
broke open & that he had then stolen a Silver Pint Mery
now produced and other Plate, and the said Nicholas for
himself says that he found the said Silver Pint Mug
in the Lodgings of John Andrew Martin< no role > now a prisoner
in Newgate , and the said Thomas for himself further says
that hetodoes suspect and verily believe that the said
John Andrew Martin< no role > did feloniously and burglarisusly
break open his house as aforesaid and Steal the said Silver
Pint Mug
