thisDefendantsDeponents Letter of the twenty ninth day of
December last but saith that he this Deponent now
Daily expects the Arrival of such Officer and he
verily believes such Officer is a material Witness
upon this Trial and that without the benefit of
such Officers Evidence the Prosecutors cannot safely
proceed to the Trail of the said Indictment
