Hath at this Present Session Exhibited his Petition
and Appeal Setting forth That the Petitioner by Indenture of Apprenticeship
bearing date the Twenty eighth day of August One thousand Seven hundred
and Sixty one was bound apprentice to Edward Kendall< no role >
of London
Jeweller
for the Term of Seven years to learn that Art and that the Sum of Twenty one
pounds was paid to the said Edward Kendall< no role >
as an Apprentice Fee with the
Petitioner That the said Edward Kendall< no role >
about three months ago left his
Habitation in Bartholomew Close
and is gone to Ireland
with his Family
having said his Effects And Playing to be discharged from his said Indenture
of Apprenticeship Whereupon it was by an Order of this Court made at this
Present Session begun and holden here on Monday the Sixteenth day of
this Instant September directed and required that the said Edward
Kendall and all other parties concerned should Attend here on this day
and shew Cause why the Petitioner should not be discharged from his
said Apprenticeship And upon reading the Affidavit of William

Gentleman It was further Ordered that Service of the said
Petition and Order at the last place of Abode of the said Edward
Kendall should be deemed good Service Now upon hearing of the said
Petitioner and his Witnesses on Oath concerning the Premises and for
as much as the Substance of the said Petition Appearreth to be true
And it further Appearing to this Court that the said Petition and Order
were duly Served according to the Tenor of the same Order And the

Cause against the said Apprentices being so discharged although
solemnly called for that purpose It is Ordered by this Court that the said
