Who being upon Oath says that he knows William Harris< no role >

present and John Dial< no role >
not yet taken, says that several times of
late he hath been concerned with said Harris in Picking Persons
Pockets of Handkerchiefs in and about Snow Hill
which they
used to dispose of some in Ragg Fair, some to dealers in Old
Clothes about the Streets, and some they Pawned at Brewers
the Pawnbroker and at Master's and the Woman Pawnbroker
in Cow Cross
, says that on Saturday last he and said Harris
having been Picking Pockets at St. Brides Church
being the
Anniversary of the Welch Society, they went to drink about
8 o Clock at night at the Coach and Horses
in Tummill Street
where they met with said Dial she agreed to go with them out
that Night, Harris saying that he [..] knew Dial to be a good
one to Work (meaning that he was a good hand at Thieving) Says
that the same Night between the hours of Eleven and twelve being
in Castleyard Holborn intending to Steal some Meat from
the Butchers Shop in the Court which come into Castle Yard
they observed a Man in Liquor Tumble down, that they all three
first helped him up, and seeing he had a Watch in his Pocket
on his Tumbling down again they Robbed him of it and
on Monday Morning last he and Harris sent Sd Watch
