The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Nicholas Deptford in the County of Kent

Sheweth

That by Warrant or Order od Removal under the hands
and Seals of Wm. Bridgen< no role > & F: Cokayne Esqr. two of His
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said City of London
bearing Date the 19th. day of January now last Past Sarah
Barker< no role > Widow of Henry Barker< no role > deced was removed from
the Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate London to the Parish
of Saint Nicholas Deptford in the County of Kent as the
Place of her Last Legal Settlement by which We think
our Selves Agrieved & Appeal to this Court against the said Order

Wherefore your Petitioners Pray this Honble.
Court will be pelased on the hearing of all
Parties touching the said Appeal to make such
further order therein as to this Court
