maketh Oath that the
above Defendant Stephen Hales< no role >
who is Servant
to the
Deponent is now to the best of this Deponents Knowledge
and belief in the Kingdom of Ireland
(in parts beyond the
Seas being gone there by the directions of this Deponent
along with a Gentleman whom the said Defendant as
Servant
to this Deponent for sometime past has had the [..]
off on Account of the said Gentleman's [..] the said
Gentleman being under Doctor, [..]
the time of his Departure from England
(with the said
Defendant) in Order to go to the said Gentleman's Friends
in Ireland
And this Deponent says he verily believes
and Expects the said Defendant will Return to England
to the Service of this Deponent before the next
Sessions And that he will Attend at the said
next Sessions to plead to the said Indictment
depending against him
Sworn at Justice hall in
the Old Bailey
