April last this Deponent was advised to Cause Search to be made at

the proper Office in order to know what proceedings there had been in the

said Appeal And thereupon this Deponent Caused such Search to be

made and found and was so informed by the said Mr. Chetham and believes

that the aforesaid Order of Adjournment of the said Appeal to the twelfth of

January last then was remaining in the Office drawn up and had not

ever been Called or sent for by the said Mr. Hall and that the said Mr. Hall

had not taken care to procure the said Appeal to be Adjourned at the last

January Session And that no further proceedings have been had or taken in

the said Appeal nor the same prosecuted or taken any Care of by the said
