Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of Sr. Samuel Fludyer< no role >
Knt . & Baronet Lord Mayor and Francis
Cokayne< no role > Esqr . two of His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the said City (one whereof being of
the Quorum) bearing date the 19th day of
March last Jane Ward< no role > Singlewoman was
Removed and Conveyed from the Parish of St
Brides London to the said
Parish of Ealing as the place of
her last legal Settlement

Yor. Petrs. think themselves Aggrievedly
the said Order or Pass Warrant of the said
two Justices of the Peace, Appeale to this
Honble. Court against the same and humbly
Pray that your Worships will be pleas'd
to appoint a day for the hearing and
Determining the same
