On the Prosecution of Toussaint Felix Urvoy< no role > This name instance is in a workspace.

For a Misdemeanor

Toussaint Felix Urvoy< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. the above Prosecutor Maketh Oath
That Mary Foster< no role > the Deponents late Servant is a
Materiall Witness for the King on the Tryall of the above
Cause and without whose Testimony on behalf of his Magest [..]
it will not be safe to proceed to Tryall And this Deponent
further Saith that about the Middle of April last the said
Mary Foster< no role > of a Sudden without this Deponent previous
or then knowlege quitted this Deponents Service And that
Some short Time afterwards he this Deponent Enquired of Thomas
Foster
< no role > the said Mary's Brother (apprehending him to be the
likelyest person to Inform this Deponent of her) where she
was or how he could or might meet with her but was by
the said Thomas Informed and which Information this Deponent believes to be true that neither he nor his mother
knew any thing of her but that Mr. Peart (meaning as this
Deponent apprehended the above Defendant Peart) he supposed
had gott her away or words to that or the like Effect And this
Deponent Saith that he has not known nor does he know
or has he been able to find out where the said Mary has
been since her so leaving this Deponents Service altho' he has
Enquired not only of the said Thomas but of one Ann Bates< no role >
that was Intimate with her and many others that knew her
for that purpose some Days age And if this Deponent
had been able to have found her he should have Caused
her to be Subpenaed for the Tryall of the above Cause
