is informed and verily believes, and makes it his Business to inform
against Waggoners and others and has as this Deponent has been
informed and verily believes to be true no other Means of Subsisting
than by being a Common Bail and Informer and should any of the
above named People be permitted to become Bail for the said Solomon
Jacobs this Deponent is Apprehensive and verily believes that both
the said Solomon Jacobs< no role > and his said Bail would abscond, and this
Deponent be thereby intirely defeated from bringing the said Solomon
Jacobs to Justice And Lastly this Deponent saith that he hath
been informed and verily believes it to be true, that although the
said Henry Keys< no role > Levi Moses< no role > Henry Samuel< no role > and Lewis Oppenham< no role >
are severally not worth Ten Pounds in the whole World yet they
will make us Scruple of Justifying in the Sum of One thousand
Pounds each and have done so, several times

day of February 1757 .
