It is ordered by this Court that the hearing and
determinacon of the matters of the petition and
appeal of the Church Wardens & Overseers of
the poor of the parish of St. Anthony , Vulgarly
called St. Antholin in the City of London [..]
[..] now depending for this Court agt. an order or pass
Warrant under the hands & Seals of Two of
His Majestys Justices of the peace for this City
of London (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the 16th day of May 1755 for the
removal oftheone Benjamin Bayley< no role > from
the [..] parish of St. Pancras in Soper Lane
London into ye sd. parish of St. Anthony whereby
sd petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved be
Church warden & overseer of the poor of ye sd Parish of St. Pancras
at the request of [..] petr.& ye same in hereby adjourned over until [..]

holden here a Tuesday 8th day of Ind next [..] to [..] Seven night & that the sd
