The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Andrew Hubbard
in the City of London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals of
The Right Honourable Stephen Theodore Jansson< no role > Esquire Lord
Mayor and Francis Cokayne< no role > Esquire Two of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the said City of London bearing date the Twenty
Eighth Day of February last Ann Price< no role > Wife of Thomas Price< no role >
was removed from the Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate
London to the said Parish of St. Andrew Hubbard as the place of
her last legal Settlement whereof your Petitioners Conceive
themselves to be agreived by the said Order

Therefore they humbly Appeal against
the same and Pray your Worships will
be pleased to Grant them such Releif in
the Premises as shall be thought most
Equitable
