I hereby give thee Notice that I think it
Necessary and Intend to pull down the Old decayed Party
Wall between thy House and mine in the Poultry
in Order.
to Rebuild it. Therefore please to appoint two or more
able Workmen to meet two or more Such Able Workmen
as I shall appoint to Search and View the defects and
ruinous Condition of the said Wall. That the same may
to Proceeded in according to the directions of the Acts
of Parliament of the 9th. year of King George the first
and of the 6th. & 7th. of the Reign of Queen Ann Intituled
an Act for the better Regulating of Buildings and to Prevent
Mischiefs that may happen by fire within the weekly
Bills of Mortality.
